Take it from someone who has been there! A healthy man both Physically and Mentally is good for the Community. So come on let's find that one bloke in the family who just won't go talk to his Doctor. 
In my family that was me at my worst 243kg and out of control, suicidal and completely broken and lost as man.  Have the conversation TODAY! 

Because the conversation you don't want to have with your loved one, is the conversation you MUST have! I didn't want to hear it, but deep down I knew I had too and I hated every minute of it. 
A healthy man both Physically and Mentally is good for the Community.
